Mission Bell blends evidence-based coaching with a personal, human approach to health and wellness.

We take an integrative approach to fitness, metabolic health, sleep, stress, nutrition, creativity, and relationships to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Founded by Barton Stanley David, a Mayo Clinic trained Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with over twenty years of experience, our work is grounded in behavior change and compassionate, client-led coaching that takes into account the goals, challenges, and values unique to your life.

Who We Serve

We work with busy professionals, parents, creatives, retirees, and anyone navigating the challenge of maintaining health in an overstimulating world that is unfriendly to our nervous systems.

Whether you're managing stress and burnout, improving metabolic health, rebuilding sleep and recovery, or seeking more balance, creativity, and connection in daily life, Mission Bell provides personalized support grounded in the science of behavior change and more than twenty years of coaching experience.

Coaching packages are flexible and tailored to individual needs—from ongoing monthly support to structured programs designed to meet specific goals.

For Organizations

Mission Bell partners with businesses, non-profits, arts organizations, and health care groups seeking to bring evidence-based Health Coaching to their teams. Services include workshops, group coaching programs, and personalized support tailored to both individual and collective needs.

About

Barton Stanley David began his health and wellness career over 20 years ago, earning his CPT certification from the renowned Cooper Aerobics Institute before moving to New York City where he trained for organizations including The Educational Alliance, New York Health & Racquet Club, Crunch, and Energetic Juniors—coaching everyone from athletes and entertainers to physicians to special needs youth.

Barton is a graduate of Mayo Clinic's Wellness Coach Training Program, considered the premier program for Health and Wellness coaching. He holds Functional Training and Life Coaching certifications through the American Council on Exercise and is a professional member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

Over the span of two decades, Barton's practice evolved from personal training to comprehensive health and wellness coaching as his client base and their diverse needs expanded. Clients sought support beyond fitness—managing chronic illness, navigating life stressors, nurturing creativity, strengthening relationships, and developing sustainable habits.

Barton founded Mission Bell to help clients navigate their own wellness journey, integrating fitness and lifestyle management to promote optimal health and lasting change.

A longtime musician, Barton continues to play and release music from his home in Texas, where he lives with his wife and daughter.

Client Testimonials

“For the past seven years, Barton has worked to keep me mobile as a long term Parkinson’s patient. Barton knows health and fitness very, very well. He has seen it, done it, and coached it.

He also knows about me as a whole person—what I read, the kinds of music I enjoy, what I love about children. That sensitivity helps me to be more productive when we work together.

Finally, I respect Barton. He never sells or has an agenda to push. He is present when working with me, and I know that he values being trusted. He is a true professional.”
